Returns Policy

1. Returns window

You may return unopened, unused kits within 30 days of delivery. Kits must be in their original, resalable condition with all components included and outer packaging intact.

2. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your box arrives damaged, faulty or with the wrong items, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@partafai.shop with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping where the fault is ours. You do not need to return a damaged item before we act.

3. Items we cannot accept back

• Opened or partially used kits, for hygiene and safety reasons, unless faulty.
• Personalised or custom-printed items (for example printed invitations), unless faulty.
• Inflated balloons or opened balloon garland kits, unless faulty.

4. How to start a return

Email support@partafai.shop with your order number and which kit you are returning. We'll confirm the return address and next steps within one business day. Please do not send items back before contacting us — unannounced returns can't be matched to your order.

5. Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns you cover return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items we cover it. Use a tracked service where possible; we can't refund items lost in return transit without proof of postage.

6. Exchanges

We do not swap kits directly. Return the unwanted kit under this policy and place a new order for the one you want, so your party date isn't held up waiting for the return to arrive.

7. What happens next

Once we receive and inspect the return we approve the refund. Refund amounts, methods and timescales are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Your statutory rights

These terms do not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence or under England and Wales.
